Registration

 

Parents wishing to enroll their child or children in our school must complete the Children's Way Preschool Registration Form for each child. A non-refundable registration fee of $60 is required when registering for enrollment.  Registration for new families begins on Tuesday, January 24, 2012, you can drop off the registration form and fee beginning at 9:00AM.

Parents are required to have the following completed forms on file at school for their child by the first day the child attends class:

• registration form
• health care summary signed by the family doctor or health source
• immunization record; and
• parental agreement form.
